How to Check Out Library Books During the Coronavirus Crisis

As of June 8, despite county-wide library closures, you can still get physical books and other media via a modified pick-up system at more than 40 libraries, including the Topanga Library.

Search through the LA County Library's online catalog, place your desired books on hold, and pick them up at the Topanga Library through the new sidewalk service. (You can also call the Topanga Library at 310-455-3480 to place holds.)

Sidewalk service is available between Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and staff are available to answer questions via phone Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
